    📍 Tumalo, Central Oregon
⏱ Quick meet-and-greet before heading to the farm

  • From the coffeehouse, you’ll follow us to our peaceful pasture just outside Bend.

As the landscape opens up and the mountain views stretch wide, you’ll know you’ve arrived somewhere special. This is where the noise fades — and the alpacas begin to (they heard you were coming).

  • Your picnic table and cozy blankets will be beautifully arranged and waiting.

A thoughtfully prepared picnic with will be set out for you to enjoy — fresh, local, and ready to savor.

    Now comes the best part.

    The alpacas!!!

They’ll wander nearby, grazing, observing, and occasionally deciding you look interesting enough to meet. You’ll have a bucket of feed to interact at your own pace.

    Some are social butterflies.
    Some are independent philosophers.
    All of them are charming.

  • Before you head out, you’ll have the option to browse our little farm store for alpaca fiber products made from Oregon-raised alpacas — including some you just met.

It’s the perfect way to take a piece of the experience home.

As part of your picnic experience, you’ll also receive a 10% off coupon for our store, Alpaca by Design, up the road in Sisters where we sell the best alpaca products in all the land.

  • Eventually, it’s time to head back into the real world.

The alpacas will return to grazing.
You’ll return to the world feeling lighter, calmer, and smiling.

Most guests leave saying the same thing:

“We’ll be back!” or… “Can I adopt one?!?!”
